At the beginning of treatment, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy. Collaboratively, we will develop a plan that prioritizes your goals. My mission is to teach you ways to manage the obstacles that interfere with building a meaningful life.

Individual Therapy: List

Individual therapy sessions typically occur weekly and are 45 minutes in duration.

Depending on the status of COVID-19, I provide individual therapy in person or virtually using HIPAA-protected video conferencing. I serve the greater New Haven area and Shoreline communities, including New Haven, Hamden, Branford, Guilford, Madison, Clinton, Westbrook, Old Saybrook, and Lyme/East Lyme.
